AIT International School (AITIS) is on the campus of the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Khlong Nueng, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani. It teaches from Nursery to Grade 6. The school says its curriculum is American-based, modified to meet international school standards, and that all instruction is in English. Thai is taught separately for native speakers and for students new to the country. The school began as the AIT Child Center in 1974. It admits students of all nationalities, though most are still children of AIT staff and students. Fees are charged per semester, two semesters a year, and the school year starts in August.
